Vanities and Mirrors, Fit to What Is Already Behind the Wall

What is behind the wall decides the vanity
Where the plumbing rough-in sits behind the wall decides whether a new vanity is a like-for-like swap or a re-position job. Swapping a vanity for one the same size and in the same spot is a different job from moving it, and that gets sorted out before anything is ordered.
Custom mirrors and vanities both get fit to that reality, not the other way around.

Hanging heavy mirrors safely
A large bathroom mirror is heavy, and hanging one safely means finding blocking or the right anchor for the wall it is going on, then getting it level on a wall that is not always perfectly flat. That is true whether it is a decorative mirror or a plain one over a new vanity.
Repair as well as replacement
Not every mirror or vanity needs to come out. We also handle repairs, re-securing a vanity that has come loose from the wall or re-hanging a mirror that has shifted, rather than replacing something that is otherwise fine.
Aftercare in a wet room
The joint where a vanity backsplash meets the wall is one of the first places water finds a way in if it is not sealed properly. Checking and maintaining that caulk line, especially through a shoreline home's humid months, keeps a new vanity looking new.
